1.Does the travel planner make reservations for me?
No, the travel planner provides advice but does not make reservations. However, links to the sites are included in the travel booklet so you can easily book the services yourself.
2.When should I pay for the service?
Before the project is created, following the signing of the contract.
3.In case of cancellation of my trip, is the service refundable?
Refunds are only available before the contract is signed and before the project is created. If the trip is postponed, the booklet will still be usable and can be updated (with extras) if there are changes to the dates.
4.How far in advance should I book to ensure everything is ready on time?
The sooner, the better. It will depend on the length of your trip and any extras you may choose. Booking early helps secure the best prices, availability, and avoids last-minute stress.
